About CP-KC
CP-KC stands for “Certified Professional – Kanban Coach”. This certification prepared and honored by Kanban for Knowledge Work Alliance. The course is applicable at upper management and management levels.
How is it useful?
This certification is for professionals interested on becoming Kanban Coaches either to coach their own organizations or to coach other organizations. The focus is on advanced Kanban topics and on coaching techniques that include the human aspect.
Am I Eligible?
This certification requires the CP-KM and CP-KL or equivalent certifications from another certification body. Any professional, from executive level to team level is welcome.
Duration
CP-KC is designed specifically for corporations and working professionals alike. We offer two options: 3 full days or 6 half-days for a total of 21 hours. Certification exams is done during the last hour of the training.
